All 29 Kempinski residences are individual de luxe apartments for private rent. The apartments can be rented for a 5 – 10 year term, longer terms on request. With a range from 100 to 400 sqm in size the residences have 1 to 4 bedrooms. Each is equipped with a luxury bathroom, practical changing room, living room, kitchenette and entrance hall with cloaks wardrobe. The rent can be paid monthly, annually or up front.

The Kempinski residences are private. For your convenience they include 5-star Kempinski service and SPA membership. Your apartment will be regularly cleaned and cared for in the period after your departure until you return.

Treat yourself to the outstanding service and cuisine of the Kempinski restaurants, or by our Kempinski chef in your own apartment. He will prepare the menu of your choice in your private catering kitchen, adding that special, exclusive touch to every event, whether for business or pleasure.
